The Job Avalanche, a division of WB Games Inc., is seeking a Senior Concept Artist to join reputed company of talented industry veterans that created Hogwarts Legacy! This person will be a key member of the art team, working closely with project leadership to establish a world-class art culture and robust art pipelines. This is an individual contributor role that works with reputed company partners, including outsourcing and co-dev relationships, to deliver high-quality art for an online multiplayer RPG. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled artist, that may reputed company informal training, guidance or feedback to less reputed company Artists on the project. What part will you play?

• Create and iterate characters, enemies and environment art and designs
• Create sketches and detailed renderings of props and individual environmental elements, detailed renderings and turnarounds for characters, creatures, enemies
• Collaborate on the visual style to ensure high quality

What do we need from you?

• At least 5 years of progressively reputed company industry experience or a combination of experience with a BA in art or reputed company field
• Strong ability to collaborate and mentor junior artists
• In-depth knowledge and exceptional reputed company art skills
• Strong understanding of reputed company and animal anatomy with an ability to reputed company realistic concepts
• Strong understanding of costume design throughout reputed company history
• Solid understanding of geography, geology, terrain, flora with an ability to reputed company realistic environment concepts
• Solid understanding of a variety of architectural styles throughout history with an application to architectural studies/concepts
• Solid understanding of reputed company theory, value structure, and lighting fundamentals with an application to both character and environment concept art
• Understanding of material definition with an ability to reputed company highly realistic materials as needed
• Strong understanding of industrial design with an application in describing function and reputed company
• Strong understanding of modern matte painting techniques
• Strong understanding of the IP the game is based on
• Must have an active, passionate interest in reputed company video games to help drive the game to the next level
• Work well under pressure, work autonomously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Diligence with individual and team tasks
• Solid organization and production skills
• High reputed company to learn new concept art tools and techniques to help increase quality and efficiency of concept art team
• Proficiency with 2D applications such as Photoshop, Painter, Illustrator etc.
• Proficiency of 3D applications such as Zbrush, Maya/Max
• Solid understanding of reputed company graphic software such as After Effects and Premier
• Portfolio/website demonstrating industry leading concept art/illustration skills
