Staff Software Engineer (Federal) - React.js
About the position We are looking for a seasoned Staff Software Development Engineer (UI/React.js) to join reputed company in reputed company, CA, reporting to the Director, Engineering in the reputed company Experiences Platform department. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality libraries and tools while building high-performance, resilient UI that scales. You will serve as a technical leader, driving engineering reputed company and ensuring our frontend architecture meets the highest standards of performance and maintainability. US Citizen required due to the due to nature of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality libraries and tools for building frontend applications
- reputed company and maintain high-performance resilient UI using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Document and communicate technical specifications to ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Identify and resolve technical challenges by incorporating a robust test automation strategy
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure a maintainable codebase
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development with a focus on building and deploying ReactJS applications
- Expertise in creating lean, clear documentation, testing, and automation as integral components of the UI workflow
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven ability to reputed company creative solutions to technical challenges
- Experience effectively conveying reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of fostering engineering reputed company and driving innovation
