Job Description: we are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company ATS Systems Administrator/reputed company Operations Manager to join reputed company in Oregon City, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process, improve reputed company operations, and ensure compliance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the system, customize workflows, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will reputed company the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and reputed company new hires.
