We are seeking reputed company Insurance Defense Attorneys. The ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, and or other insurance defense lines of business. Key Responsibilities:
- Partners
- You drive the cases and reputed company the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial-level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are reputed company counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.
- Associates
- Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, reputed company practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.
Qualifications:
- Partners - Minimum 9 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in California and 5 years of insurance defense.
- Associates – Minimum 3 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 2 years in California, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred.
