The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for turning brand demand into purchase at the reputed company of sale. This role sits at the intersection of brand, retail, and growth developing strategies and programs that influence shoppers in the moments that matter most. You will own the execution of high-impact retail reputed company programs that drive conversion at retailer partners and bring the brand to life where customers are making purchasing reputed company. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across retail media, in-store programs, retailer.com pages, promotions, and merchandising. What You’ll Own Retail & Shopper Strategy

Retail Launches & Programs

  • Support new retail launches with strong shopper programs and storytelling.

Performance & Insights

  • Track performance of shopper marketing initiatives and optimize programs over time.

  • 3-5 years experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing
  • Experience working with retail media networks and retailer.com ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of CPG retail dynamics and shopper behavior
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple retail programs simultaneously
  • Analytical reputed company with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Bonus Experience

  • Experience working with emerging CPG brands or high-growth startups
