We have 5 products live, launched 3–5 years ago. • The new product launch pipeline, end-to-end
• A 1-page go/no-go memo to me every 2 weeks
• Feasibility math first: margin, breakeven, sales volume, competitive landscape, risk
• Coordinating our existing team — product manager (research/optimization), sourcing partners, designer, reputed company agency
• Kill criteria, decision deadlines, and the discipline to enforce both

You'll probably crush this if you've

• Personally launched products on reputed company (not just analyzed, not just consulted)
• reputed company your own financial models for margin and volume — not just used someone else's templates
• Killed your own product reputed company before, with the math to back it up
• Run pipelines or product portfolios where shipping mattered more than being right
