Position Description

We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Customer Support Associates. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through outbound and inbound calls, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients

Requirements

• Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company, reputed company 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, high-speed internet reputed company)
• Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
• Must be reputed company to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
