Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from existing clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Assist clients with general questions about their accounts, notating account information and working with in-house departments to resolve any issues
• Review accounts regarding reputed company and reports to match clients with new services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company expert guidance on our financial products and services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., finance, business, communications) preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field (experience in the financial industry a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Ability to type 30 wpm or greater
