Position Description

We are seeking highly skilled and reputed company Customer Support Associates to join reputed company on a full-time or part-time reputed company. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving reputed company issues, and escalating concerns reputed company necessary
• Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements, including:

• A webcam

• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST)
