The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding our products or services reputed company phone, email, and/or online chat. You'll coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments and inform customers of standard procedures or resolution of product problems on service issues. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from our Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA office, or remotely from reputed company in the United States.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a particular focus on telephone communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to tasks and responsibilities
