Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to reputed company exceptional customer experiences. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
