Job Summary
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members by responding to their inquiries and providing information regarding reputed company aspects of their association with arenaflex. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a reputed company reputed company to the internet and a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

- Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller

- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)

- Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
