Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and online chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services a plus - Spanish Bilingual a plus
