What to Expect:

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting callers with billing inquiries
• Determining offerings customers are missing
• Making reputed company and add-on service recommendations
• Ensuring reputed company Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
• Coding sales accurately and completely
