Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' members and providers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing information and support on various reputed company-reputed company topics, including reputed company to care issues, benefits, reputed company of coverage, and member handbooks.

Responsibilities

Work at Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you will be required to:

Additional Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or its equivalent
• A minimum of 6 months of previous experience as a health plan call center agent (member service, provider service, pharmacy plan member service)
• Medicare and/or reputed company experience would be a plus
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications
• Willingness to work any shift between 10:00 am-1:00 am, 7 days a week, Eastern Standard Time, plus holidays and weekends (on holidays, extended hours 24/7 to a small staff)
• Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
• Customer-focused personality and a desire to help people
