What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling high-volume calls with professionalism and reputed company
• Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs

• Helping to de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
• Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
• A flexible schedule with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• A secured workspace with a reputed company that is only accessible to you during work hours
• High-speed internet reputed company, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet reputed company)
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Be reputed company to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• Have at least six months experience in customer service
• Meet the technical requirements, including high-speed internet reputed company and a secured workspace
• Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week

Training and Development
