Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling pet insurance policies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service to drive customer retention. Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies

• Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently

• Build strong knowledge of products and services offered

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

* High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years sales experience
• Proven attendance reliability
• Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends

• Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
