As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the eyes and ears of reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from reputed company walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
  • Providing customer support by phone, email or reputed company message to business customers, serving as primary contact for inbound customer issues
  • Escalating more technical product-reputed company issues to the proper Product Support department
  • Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
  • Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
  • Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
  • Meeting standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
  • May reputed company guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates
  • Other reputed company duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment

  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
