Job Description
As an Online Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive reputed company, professional, and well-spoken responses to their inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling reputed company incoming internet, email, reputed company media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

- Collaborating with Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience
Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Availability to work Monday through reputed company, with reputed company ranging from 8:30am to 7pm (or any variation during reputed company business hours)
