About the Role

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our field offices and customers alike. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and resolving billing and customer credit issues. You will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes during peak season, and utilizing gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement.

Responsibilities

* Work remotely from your home office, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

• Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
• reputed company out to customers with unpaid debt and attempt to collect
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Schedule new termite inspections

Qualifications

* High School/GED

• 1-2 years customer service experience reputed company or reputed company a call center
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment
