Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in both English and Spanish. Your primary duties will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and reputed company solutions

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
