Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
