Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative II (Remote) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support, and that their needs are met with reputed company and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and send out kits as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDC Public Response, procedures, and policies
  • Track and document reputed company inquiries, appointments, and kits using CRM and applicable systems
  • Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
  • Escalate calls, emails, chat, scheduling, or reputed company-reputed company issues to the appropriate designated group
  • Continually look for and suggest process improvements to benefit arenaflex, CDC, and the public

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

  • Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required

  • Successfully complete the written assessment
  • Highly effective communicator with strong ability to reputed company an excellent empathetic customer experience
  • Excellent listening, comprehension, communications (verbal and written), problem-solving, and customer service skills

  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

Preferred Qualifications
