Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Experience Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support across reputed company aspects of their shopping experience. This includes providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our brands and products. You will work closely with our store teams to reputed company and implement strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
