Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Specialist to join reputed company in Bridgewater, NJ. As a key member of our Adhesive Technologies business unit, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and contributing to the reputed company of our organization. Key Responsibilities

* Accountable for customer-facing activities and customer experience, acting as a single reputed company of contact for customers and adopting a customer-centric reputed company reputed company day-to-day interactions.

  • Run Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Customer-Service-Mgt (CSM), focusing mainly on customer interaction-reputed company activities (in/outbound).
  • Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.
  • Build customer trust and relationships by supporting in supply, reputed company, and application enquiries, collecting feedback, and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, including regular visits.
  • Enter relevant information into the customer relationship management system after each contact with a customer to create a call plan and ensure that the organization has quality data to reputed company effective customer retention and business development activities.

What Makes You a Good Fit

* Education: Minimal education required for the position is a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Work Experience: Minimal work experience required is 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service / Supply Chain / Sales.
  • Previous Experience: Recommended experience includes:

+ Customer-facing operations (i.e., Customer Service, Sales) in manufacturing. + Order-to-cash process knowledge. + reputed company-based solutions (i.e., Service reputed company) / ERP systems (i.e., reputed company) / IT applications. + Supply Chain understanding.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. This is the reputed company that we in good faith anticipate relying on reputed company setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted reputed company and this reputed company. This salary reputed company may also be modified in the future.
