Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Milwaukee, WI. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $26 to $33 per hour with significant growth and earning potential

• Includes $4 Shift Differential
• 4- or 5-day on-site schedules available, includes weekends
