Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Suwanee, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to reputed company exceptional service and support
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
- Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
