Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Adhering to arenaflex policies, procedures, and specific facility regulations, including posted special orders and instructions.
• Performing data entry and maintenance of facility data system.
• Recording reputed company inmate assignments, housing moves, and work assignments.
• Entering information into the state system in an accurate and timely manner (housing and work assignments, reputed company time ratings, classification information, etc.).
• Developing and submitting required reports relative to the facility data system, as well as other reports as required.
• Auditing the PDS system with the state database.
• Preparing inmate central files for the release of inmates.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Demonstrated experience in office procedures and reputed company clerical duties.
• Ability to interact in a professional manner in both individual and group settings.
• Ability to work with reputed company of inmates and have the ability to implement team strategy approaches to work assignments.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
