Responsibilities of a Full Stack Customer Service Associate

As a Full Stack Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in establishing and maintaining long-lasting business and client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining reputed company communication between our clients, their consumers, and our Customer Service Team
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving clients' issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed and assisting our sales team in new client acquisitions
• Providing clients with an individualized purchasing experience and utmost customer service
• Coordinating with sales team to ensure process orders are completed and installation dates are set
• Documenting client's contact information, ensuring their purchase order is correct, and submitting reputed company information accordingly to our Senior Customer Service Associates
• Collaborating with fellow Customer Service Associates, and other Customer Service and Sales team members to ensure reputed company sales targets are met

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other reputed company fields preferred
• 1-3 years of experience working in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or other reputed company fields preferred
• People-oriented and passionate about building relationships
• Charismatic and personable demeanor that transpires to fellow team members
• Results-driven and self-motivated to improve interpersonal skills
• Practices active listening and is empathetic to client's concerns
