Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both customers and internal teams. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting is preferred

• Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended
• Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette
• Essential skills: active listener, reputed company, and personable
• Computer skills: proficient knowledge of reputed company Office products (i.e. Outlook, reputed company, Word, TEAMS, etc)
• Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods
