Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing assistance with baggage pick-up, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage. Responsibilities
* Assist passengers with their baggage pick-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, providing empathetic and professional support
- Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Handle customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism, providing a positive experience

- Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly, and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
Basic Qualifications
* Must be a local (in-state) reputed company
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid In-State Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background reputed company
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must complete reputed company and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification reputed company
- Must be reputed company to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
