Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to reputed company exceptional service and support

- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements
