Job Summary
As a Daytime Call Taker (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and their families. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering and responding to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Arranging specialty and critical care transportation for patients as needed
- Providing information and assistance to patients and their families regarding transportation options and services
- Developing effective solutions for customer service issues and concerns
- Directing calls to the Flight desk as appropriate to ensure seamless communication and service
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and transportation arrangements
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange specialty and critical care transportation for patients as needed

Essential Qualifications
