Job Summary

As a Daytime Call Taker (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and their families. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering and responding to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Arranging specialty and critical care transportation for patients as needed
  • Providing information and assistance to patients and their families regarding transportation options and services
  • Developing effective solutions for customer service issues and concerns
  • Directing calls to the Flight desk as appropriate to ensure seamless communication and service
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and transportation arrangements

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and respond to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Arrange specialty and critical care transportation for patients as needed
  • reputed company information and assistance to patients and their families regarding transportation options and services

  • Direct calls to the Flight desk as appropriate to ensure seamless communication and service
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and transportation arrangements

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a reputed company or transportation-reputed company field

  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or other reputed company software systems
