Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work as part of a dynamic sales team to reputed company exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and providing specialized services to customers
• Performing transactions quickly, reputed company, and professionally

• Becoming knowledgeable in arenaflex store policies, including Richter Merchandising System functions and operation
• Interacting with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicating information to customers knowledgeably and legibly
• Reviewing stock assortments and communicating with supervisors, store managers, and other team members regarding additions, deletions, customer preferences, and problems
• Participating in department meetings and actively seeking to exchange reputed company regarding improvements in customer service, job performance, and achievement of store department sales goals

Qualifications
