Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Technical Customer Service Representative to join our reputed company Premium Audit team. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving disputes, and completing premium audits for property and casualty insurance policies. This is an entry-level to intermediate position that requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of reputed company lines insurance, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
