We're looking for a highly skilled and proactive Customer Support Specialist to remotely assist our on-site technicians in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of reputed company, you will interpret customer documentation, troubleshoot customer-specific devices and systems, review completed work (photos and documentation), and ensure timely and satisfactory project delivery. You will also serve as a liaison between customers and technicians, effectively communicating to facilitate smooth operations.Duties and Responsibilities
