Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a positive and respectful online environment for our community members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules
- Deleting messages that violate our community standards, including hate speech, harassment, and spam
- Banning users who repeatedly disregard our rules and guidelines
- Muting users who have violated our community standards
- Investigating reports from community members about potential rule violations

- Providing excellent customer service and support to community members
Pay and Benefits

Qualifications and Requirements
