Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high volume calls pleasantly and reputed company, providing exceptional customer service
  • Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software

  • Multi-language capability is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to diverse languages and cultures is essential
  • High school diploma or equivalent
