Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high volume calls pleasantly and reputed company, providing exceptional customer service
- Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
