Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service reputed company Agent to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a key member of our Ground Handling Department, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking flights, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Monitor computerized passenger boarding to ensure accurate and timely boarding
- Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
- Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
- Operate the Jetway to facilitate safe and efficient boarding and disembarking
- Work collaboratively with the team to reputed company excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
* Successful completion of our comprehensive reputed company Agent training course
- Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in an airport reputed company environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous airline experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Previous employment as a reputed company-line customer service provider, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs, including our proprietary systems
Work Environment
* Use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment in a fast-paced airport environment
- Airport reputed company environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise reputed company

Physical Requirements
