Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time, remote reputed company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, reputed company Office, and reputed company Suite - Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
