Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Researching and troubleshooting problems, using available resources to reputed company resolutions and exceed customer expectations
• Providing customers with product and service information, including details on our latest products and promotions
• Identifying and escalating reputed company issues, ensuring that critical customer concerns are addressed promptly
• Following up with customers, reputed company necessary, to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with our service
• Documenting customer contacts, as required, to maintain accurate records and improve our service quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-reputed company role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience in an reputed company Channel Contact Center environment is preferred, as is previous Work at Home experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with individuals, both internally and externally
• Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications, including reputed company Chrome, reputed company Service reputed company, Order Management System, reputed company, and Kronos
• Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to toggle multiple web browsers and work effectively with dual monitors

• Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) is a plus, but not required

Home Office Requirements

To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, we require:
