Job Summary

As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our dance studio customers, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring they have a great experience using our product. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative on our Studios vertical team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our dance studio customers reputed company phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshooting software issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to meet customer needs
• Collaborating with our Development and Quality Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues
• Documenting frequently asked questions and preparing knowledge-based content to support our customers
• Documenting requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests
• Working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and reputed company solutions that meet their requirements
• Staying up-to-date with our product features and functionality to reputed company accurate and timely support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong customer service and analytical skills
• Comfortable helping customers reputed company phone support
• Ability to diagnose and explain reputed company solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
