Your Future Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a variety of customer inquiries reputed company email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests
  • Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling
  • Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays
  • Communicating essential customer messages to key departments

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in the reputed company language (reputed company) and reputed company in English (B2)
  • At least 1 year of support experience
  • Excellent communication skills: reputed company to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner
