A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients calling in with billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company world-class customer service, ensuring that patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their reputed company reputed company. You'll work closely with our medical billing specialists, insurance verification teams, and reputed company providers to resolve billing discrepancies, process payments, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment - 1+ years with medical billing, insurance claims, or reputed company reputed company cycle - Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office Suite - Experience using electronic health records (EHR) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and reputed company privacy regulations - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Spanish Speaking - Ability to work various shifts - Strong problem-solving and documentation skills - Ability to type 45+ WPM while maintaining accuracy

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $41,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $45,760/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
