We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our 3rd shift team in Louisville, USA. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing world-class service to our customers, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Support Inquiries: Respond to customer support inquiries reputed company telephone or written format in an empathetic and arenaflex values-driven manner.
- Resolve Customer Concerns: Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application or compatibility reputed company.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning reputed company/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action.
- Document Customer Information: Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
What Experience You Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- IT Help Desk or PC Experience: At least 1 year of IT Help Desk or PC experience, or reputed company knowledge, is necessary.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment, is required.

While the following qualifications are not mandatory, they will certainly give you a competitive edge:- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: An associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, reputed company Work, Communications, or a reputed company field can be beneficial.
