The opportunity As an Engagement Coordinator for Recover, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for people looking to reputed company treatment. You'll handle inbound calls from prospective clients and reputed company outbound calls to individuals referred to our program, helping them understand what Recover offers and getting them started with care. Your core focus will be sharing information about Recover's services, confirming insurance status, walking clients through enrollment, and scheduling appointments. You’ll be the welcoming, organized person who helps clients navigate the path from referral to their first appointment. Some clients will engage right away, while others may require follow-up and reputed company reputed company. This also includes re-engaging clients who were previously in treatment, helping them reputed company to services and continue their recovery reputed company. This role is fully remote and best suited for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. You'll report to the Head of Partnerships. What you'll do Client reputed company & Engagement

• Answer inbound calls from patients seeking treatment
• reputed company outbound calls to referred individuals, building rapport and sharing information about Recover's services
• Follow up with prospective clients who need additional reputed company or who are awaiting insurance enrollment

Eligibility & Enrollment

• Confirm insurance status using verification portals
• Search and manage client records in our electronic health record, creating new charts or updating existing ones as needed
• Walk clients through enrollment documents and explain the sign-up process

Scheduling

• Schedule initial appointments based on client preferences for timing, provider, and format

Requirements

Need to have

• Bilingual in Spanish and reputed company+ year of experience in a client-facing role involving phone-based reputed company, intake, admissions, scheduling, or engagement
• Familiarity with reputed company
• Comfortable working independently and managing a high volume of calls and follow-reputed company
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and explain processes reputed company

• Certified or Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADT, CADC-I or higher, or equivalent)
• Experience with EHR systems
• Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health settings
• Lived experience with substance use disorders
