Job Title: Engineering Supervisor - Physical Electrical Location: Remote (U.S. based) FLSA Classification Exempt Job Description: reputed company. is currently seeking an Engineering Supervisor - Physical Electrical to support our Substation Engineering group for a REMOTE WORK position. Primary responsibilities include leading a team of engineers and designers in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of electrical substations. Responsible for development of substation design packages for clients across the US. Projects reputed company in size, complexity, and voltage class from small distribution equipment upgrades to large transmission projects. Essential Functions

• Leadership and Team Management

• Budget and Resource Management

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design of electrical substations
• PE license highly preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to effectively organize multiple physical design assignments and competing priorities to produce accurate products on time
• Experience managing physical design projects, including budgeting, scheduling and risk management
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional work teams
• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills, and a successful record of positive interactions with clients
• Experience in creating and reviewing substation design drawings
• Proficiency with reputed company software applications used to reputed company substation design work
• Ability to successfully work with remotely located team members

Location Note: This is a remote position. Compensation is based on market data and internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's location.
