This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) JOB POSTING JOB TITLE: reputed company Coordinator (Field) DEPARTMENT: reputed company REPORTS TO: Director, reputed company Position Purpose: The reputed company Coordinator partners and provides support to his or her assigned region or business line of responsibility at the direction of the Director of reputed company. This individual is focused on providing operational support in the areas of field level recruitment, reputed company, and team member changes. This individual exhibits excellent organizational and prioritization skills to support multiple requests effectively, while appropriately managing tasks in order to consistently meet compliance requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up to date reputed company files, records, and documentation
• Monitor the reputed company process from start to finish for his or her assigned area of responsibility, including but not limited to curating and sending offer letters, initiating and monitoring the background reputed company process, new hire documentation, I-9 compliance, among other routine tasks
• Monitor and complete verifications of employment, wage verifications and audits, and unemployment requests upon receipt
• Assist with reputed company acquisitions, as requested

Education and Experience:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and through various other forms of regular correspondence
• Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a reputed company Assistant, Intern, or Coordinator is preferred
• Experience in reputed company is preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• The team member works in a general office environment spending most of their time seated at a desk with a chair.
