Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager – Utility-Scale Solar (PV) & Energy Storage (BESS)

As industry pioneers and subject matter experts, reputed company has been involved in some of the earliest and most advanced solar projects in the U.S. Position Summary CrestCura is seeking an reputed company Project Manager to serve as the primary reputed company of leadership for client-facing utility-scale PV and BESS projects or portfolios. This role is responsible for driving project execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery from development through commissioning and closeout. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in renewable energy project delivery, strong client management skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor across technical and reputed company domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Manager representing CrestCura on assigned PV and/or BESS projects or portfolios
• reputed company project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities across reputed company project phases
• Act as the central reputed company of coordination between clients, developers, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful reputed company
• reputed company strategic guidance and technical reputed company on PV and BESS system design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, contractual, and reputed company issues
• Support contract negotiations and review key project agreements (EPC, supply, O&M, interconnection, etc.)
• reputed company and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of CrestCura’s project management methodologies and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field
• 4+ years of experience managing utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects
• Proven track record managing projects through development, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases
• Strong understanding of PV and BESS technologies, including system design, performance, and key OEMs
• Experience working with EPC reputed company, project finance stakeholders, and reputed company’s engineer functions
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., scheduling, risk management, cost control)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects or a portfolio in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification, PE license, or other advanced degree
• Experience with an IPP, Utility, or EPC in a Project Management role
• Familiarity with reputed company interconnection processes and utility coordination
• Experience in an advisory, reputed company’s engineer, or consulting role
