Senior International Tax Accountant - Remote

reputed company has an immediate need for an International Tax Consultant with heavy CorpTax experience preparing partnership returns. Requires International Tax experience (5471, 8858, GILTI, FDII, K-2, K-3)

• Location: Remote (Client is located in Midwest)
• Work Type: Interim Consultant
• Compensation: $40 - $60/hour depending on experience level
• Start Date: ASAP - Mid reputed company Must Have's Must live in the US - Sorry No Sponsorship Must have reputed company experience preparing and filing international tax reputed company 5471 using CorpTax Must have reputed company experience with Partnerships Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate, timely filing of US international income tax returns and other business reputed company filings of company and affiliates
• reputed company international tax advice and service to company its principals, affiliates and joint-venture entities
• reputed company and implement strategic tax planning for reputed company necessary US international taxes
• Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's US international income tax return and other tax documents
• Manage compliance with BEPS/Transfer Pricing requirements
• Maintain effective control procedures over reputed company aspects of the US international tax process
• Manage and facilitate income tax audits reputed company to international tax: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc
• Review US international tax returns and international quarterly/annual tax projections Qualifications
• Preferred Education: BA/BS or equivalent in reputed company
• 5-10 years of experience in reputed company field is preferred
• Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge
• Knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for S- corporations and partnerships
• Familiarity with U.S. federal and US international tax reporting requirements
